Technical Users
We offer a series of training sessions delivered via webcast. Each webcast lasts between one to two hours and covers specific topics like technical updates, migration training, optimization best practices, and custom sessions. In order to keep users up to date on the latest information, webcasts are delivered by members of our education services group, consulting group, or support engineers.
End Users
BusinessObjects Knowledge Accelerator provides tutorials that allow users to get fast answers to product questions. For example, if a user is actually using a product and has a question or wants to learn how to use an advanced feature, they can simply open up the tutorial or reference materials on a specific subject and start learning.
