- Arial Unicode font from the Microsoft installation CD. Otherwise, Unicode data may disappear.
- The Sybase client default installation does not include the OLE DB drivers. You will need to select the Custom setup type when installing the Sybase client and make sure that the following features are selected: 1) Common ctlib files and Common dbib files 2) ODBC and OLEDB (ASE Data Providers)
