Benoît Fouilland
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Benoît Fouilland is senior vice president and chief financial officer of Business Objects, an SAP company, responsible for finance work streams and back office integration work. Fouilland reports directly to Werner Brandt, CFO of SAP AG.

Fouilland joined Business Objects in October 2002 as vice president of Finance EMEA. In January 2006, he became group vice president of Corporate Finance, a position he held until becoming CFO in April 2008.

Fouilland began his career as a financial auditor with Price Waterhouse before joining the Vivendi Group (formerly Compagnie Générale de Eaux Group) as finance director with Vivendi Telecom International, where he participated in establishing and developing the nation's second fixed telecom operator. He then joined British Telecom as project director of the Corporate Development team, where he led mergers and acquisitions transactions in North America, Europe, and Africa. With the company, he successively served as vice president of Corporate Development Asia Pacific, and vice president of Venture Operations and CFO Asia Pacific.

Fouilland holds a master's in business administration from INSEAD, as well as a post-graduate degree in finance from Dauphine University and a diploma from ESLSCA Graduate School of Business, both in Paris.
